    午餐

    炒素什锦(莴笋粒、豆腐干粒、土豆粒),小排骨黄豆汤,烂饭

    粉皮、笋片烧鱼块,萝卜虾皮汤,烂饭

    糖醋猪肉块,青椒百叶丝冬瓜火腿片汤,烂饭

     

    炒虾仁肉末豆腐碎木耳,鸡毛菜土豆汤,烂饭

     

    碎香肠炒蛋,鲜豌豆 胡萝卜 大米煨饭,紫菜虾皮汤

    炒酱鸡丁、豆腐干丁、蘑菇丁、莴笋粒,番茄蛋汤,烂饭

    胡萝卜、大豆红烧牛肉,玉米鸡茸汤,烂饭

    点心

    葱油菜包,西瓜

    红枣芝麻糊,苹果

    晚餐

    番茄猪肝碎卷心菜煨面

    荠菜肉末虾皮馄饨

    鸡丝笋丝 黄瓜丝 绿豆芽拌面,碎青菜蛋花汤

    胡萝卜 土豆 牛肉 番茄汁浓汤,葱油花卷

    鱼丸肉丸黄芽菜汤,薄饼夹豆腐干

    片海带丝小排骨汤,开花馒头

    肉末蒸鸡蛋,菠菜豆腐汤,面

     

    豆腐软饭

      材料:

      大米50、豆腐30、菠菜25、排骨汤适量。

      作法:

      将洗净大米放入碗中加适量水,放入蒸屉蒸成软饭;豆腐放入开水中氽一下捞出,控水后切成碎末;洗净菠菜控水后切碎。将软饭放入锅中加适量排骨汤一起煮烂,放入豆腐末和菠菜末,再煮3分钟左右即可。

    提示:本餐不适于9个月以下婴儿

     

     

      儿童期易缺乏的营养素有铁、钙、锌和某些维生素。
      1、铁:铁缺乏轻者可引起注意力不集中、学习成绩下降;重者会使儿童发生缺铁性贫血。
      2、钙:儿童缺钙的早期症状有:盗汗、夜惊、出牙和换牙延迟、牙质发育不良、抗龋齿能力下降。如果体内的钙得不到及时的补充,则会进一步出现厌食、便秘、烦躁不安、肌肉抽搐等症状。
      3、锌:锌缺乏较常见的表现有:生长发育落后、身材矮小、体重不增;抵抗力差、反复感冒或腹泻;复发性口腔溃疡等。
      4、维生素C和胡萝卜素:缺乏维生素C和胡萝卜素的孩子表现为牙龈易出血,身体皮肤出现淤斑,易患感冒。
      

     

    虾仁烘蛋原料:苹果味30g鸡蛋4只鲜虾仁80g青豆仁2汤匙油4汤匙香菜1棵盐黑胡椒适量做法:
      1、虾去壳除肠洗净,青豆仁放滚水中焯过,鸡蛋加入适量盐、黑胡椒和珍打匀。
      2、烧热油,倒入蛋液,在半凝固状态时下虾仁及青豆、烘至刚熟即成。
      3、虾仁烘蛋上碟,用香菜做装饰。进食时可切长块。

     

    香菜蟹肉饭

      材料:黄豆芽4 黑木耳丝1/3(1白米2 高汤2
      调味料:盐2小匙 1/2大匙 香油2小匙 色拉油1/2大匙 胡椒粉1小匙
      做法:
      (1)将米洗净沥干水分,加入2杯高汤,浸泡1520分钟,再加入调味料略拌匀备用。
      (2)黄豆芽洗净与黑木耳丝一起铺在米上,放入电饭锅中煮熟,煮好后需再焖15分钟,打开锅盖后,用饭匙由下往上轻轻拌匀即可。
